Toluwani is the CEO of Exousia Communications and Training Services. She is also its principal Communication, Learning and Development Consultant. Although a communication and people development expert, she is also an author, a radio presenter, conference speaker, singer/songwriter, trainer, and a certified Professional Christian Counsellor (CPC). She has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (formerly Ogun State Polytechnic), Abeokuta, specialising in advertising, public relations and broadcasting. She is also a graduate of Business Studies (Human Resources Management) from the University College Dublin (UCD). She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), an Associate of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD), and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Among her varied interests, she also holds a certificate in theology.
Toluwani’s educational background and work experience in communications and Human Resource Development (HRD) has equipped her with the skills to work with individuals and organisations towards achieving their goals, and towards gaining and maintaining a competitive edge. Her passion for and commitment to her work coupled with her desire for excellence is evident in the quality of work she produces. She is an avid reader and researcher. She has a keen research interest in issues of work/life balance, cross-cultural communication, and the impact of training, learning and development on organisational effectiveness, performance and productivity.
Towoju is an experienced and dynamic speaker and training facilitator. She holds a masters degree in English Language from University of Ibadan and has a passion for people and organisational development. She is actively involved in strategic leadership in voluntary/charity organisation and is committed to promoting excellence and fulfilment in work and life. She is an Exousia Associate and specialises in report/speech writing, proof-reading and editing services as well as training in speech improvement and articulation. She also delivers training in the act and art of communicating effectively.
Towoju is an avid reader and researcher. Her areas of interests include the dynamics of group communication, women in business and positions of influence, and leadership. She has a working knowledge of spoken and written French and is trained in the use of sign language. She is also a highly talented singer/songwriter.
Henry is a graduate of Business Administration from the Yaba College of Technology and an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). A former teacher, Henry also worked in the insurance industry in Nigeria for many years. However, his passion for training and human development led him to join Integrated Business Strategies in 2005 as Head (Consulting Services) and Trainer where he was responsible for the development of training materials for senior management personnel in the financial and non-financial sectors of the economy.
Henry is a certified facilitator with the Wilson Learning Systems USA and licensed to train in the areas of Management & Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Customer service skills development and Personal effectiveness skills development. In addition to being a part-time associate with Exousia Communications and Training Services, he is the Principal Manager of A-Learning Solutions, a Training and Development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. He holds a diploma in theology and is a public and motivational speaker.
